Cut-out and trim
Cut the opening at 320 x 120 mm and the trim covers the gap by 5 mm all round; the flange is thin enough to be filled and painted with the surrounding plaster.

Lamp and access
LED source, 3 W. The lamp module clips into the body from below and drops out for service without touching the trim.
