Details that matter
A 1515 × 1515 mm cast-plaster panel, with a recessed moon face cast into the face; it sits flush in the board and the flange is filled and painted into the ceiling, so no frame line shows.

Panel and cut-out
Cut the ceiling or soffit at 1520 × 1520 mm; the plaster flange laps the opening by about 5 mm all round and is filled and painted with the surrounding board.

The panel takes the COB strip, 40.05 W; the driver is remote and the light engine is reached from below without removing the panel.
